Multimedia Portfolio


  • For use with one hour a week lessons
  • suggested length is one year 
  • suitable for use with Year 7 but can be used at other years


Aim: produce a movie or animation using skills from both Art and ICT lessons

Portfolio: will contain following evidence of work by the end of the year

  • Completed animation
  • Script and supporting documents written in word
  • Storyboard for animation
  • Completed marketing campaign
  • Blogs covering all other topics such as legality of images and progress in learning CSS and HTML 


Beginning of year use up to two lessons to setup basic accounts required for managing course if pupils have not done a #digitalstudies portfolio before

  • Note taking application eg: Evernote
  • Blogging service eg: Posterous, Wordpress, Edublogs
